A "customer" is any natural or legal person who places an order with QUALITYGENERATION LTD that has been validated via our secure payment platform.
Article 1 bis : Limitation years
Age restrictions apply: QUALITYGENERATION LTD only accepts customers over the age of 16 (for physical and digital products) and over the age of 18 (for services: coaching, workshops, seminars).
We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products, and services to minors. While the content of our products and services is not offensive in nature and can help anyone, we prefer to address a mature audience that is able to understand the implications and responsibilities of the corporate world.
Article 2 : Commande
Any order placed on a website belonging to the company QUALITYGENERATION LTD implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
Article 3 : Prix
Prices are quoted in euros and include all taxes.
You don't have to pay any processing fees or commissions paid to payment processors.We are the ones who pay for them.
The price of items can be changed at any time, but the price applied to an order is always the one advertised at the time of ordering.
Article 4: Payment
Payment is required at the time of ordering, including for pre-order products.
You have the choice to make the payment by credit card or PayPal. Secure online payment by credit card is made through the company Stripe.
The transmitted information is encrypted by state-of-the-art software and cannot be read during transport on the network. Any guarantee about the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of Stripe and PayPal, which have a proven track record of supporting millions of secure payments every day.
Article 5: Access and delivery
Access to digital products will be through the secure Podia platform. You'll be able to access it at any time and view your training in the cloud, just like you would on Netflix.
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email with your login details. We ask that you keep it private so that you can more easily access your current and future orders.

Article 6: Refund conditions
The money-back guarantee depends on what is mentioned on the page that presents the product.
If no money-back guarantee is mentioned on the product page, no refund will be made after the order has been placed.
We strongly believe that our content has value and that you have to be willing to invest in yourself to achieve ambitious results.
We don't want to penalize serious students in favor of some who would use the guarantee to access content for free...
For your information
Accessing the content (by downloading it or viewing it, even partially) is considered to be the full and complete performance of the contract and therefore entails a waiver of the withdrawal period.
Indeed, the regulation excludes "digital content provided on an intangible medium and a subscription contract for these services whose performance has begun with your agreement and for which you have waived your right of withdrawal (e.g. a downloaded film)".
In other words, we are under no legal obligation to issue a refund upon request.

We don't like to delve into our customers' lives. The only information we care about is the information that our customers send us on their own.

By entering your email address on one of the websites in our network, you will receive emails containing information and/or promotional offers about products published by QUALITYGENERATION LTD.
We don't want to send emails to people who don't want to receive them.
